BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford women's tennis team will host Lipscomb Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Samford Tennis Center.
Samford comes into the match with a record of 7-4 so far this season. The Bulldogs are coming off a 5-2 loss to UT Martin on March 5.
Samford has been led so far this season by
Annika Hepp, posting a record of 8-3, seeing time at No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6.
Elsa Pool has accumulated a record of 7-4, playing on the No. 2 and No. 3 courts.
Arianna Beltrame has a mark of 6-5 at No. 4 and No. 5.
Ellie Gerlach enters the match with a mark of 5-5, seeing time on the No. 1 and No. 2 courts.
Savannah Wood has posted a record of 4-5, all at the No. 1 position.
Nadine de Villiers has a record of 4-4, at No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5.
Grace Jennings has a record of 1-1 at No. 6, while
Georgina Jupp is 2-0, also at No. 6.
Lipscomb comes into the match with a record of 3-8. The Bisons are coming off a 4-1 win over Arkansas State on March 3.
