BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford women's tennis team will host Wofford for the team's Senior Day match Sunday at 12 p.m. at the Samford Tennis Complex.
Prior to the match, Samford's lone senior,
Annika Hepp, will be honored in Senior Day ceremonies.
Samford enters the match with a record of 8-9 overall and 0-3 in Southern Conference play. The Bulldogs are coming off a 6-1 loss to Furman on Friday.
This season, Samford has been led by Hepp with a 10-7 record.
Ellie Gerlach has a mark of 8-8, while
Arianna Beltrame and
Elsa Pool both have records of 8-9 so far this season.
Grace Jennings is 3-3 for Samford so far this season.
Savannah Wood has a record of 4-7, while
Nadine de Villiers has a mark of 4-9.
Georgina Jupp has a record of 2-0 so far this season.
Wofford enters the match with a record of 10-8 overall and 0-2 in Southern Conference play. The Terriers are coming off a 6-1 non-conference win over UNC Asheville on Friday.
