BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Samford University volleyball team will play host to the Wofford Terriers Sunday at 4 p.m. and Monday at 6 p.m. in the Pete Hanna Center.
The Bulldogs enter the week with a record of 3-1. Samford is coming off a pair of wins over Western Carolina last week, taking down the Catamounts by scores of 3-2 and 3-0. Wofford is currently 2-0 on the year. The Terriers earned two wins over Chattanooga last week, winning by scores of 3-1 and 3-2.

NEWS & NOTES
- Lauren Deaton has been named the Southern Conference's Offensive Player of the Week for each of the first two weeks of the season. Last week, she tied a career high with 32 kills in Sunday's 3-2 win over Western Carolina.
- Corinne Meglic was also named the SoCon's Setter of the Week last week. During the two matches against Western Carolina, she averaged 12.25 assists per set in the pair of Samford wins.
- This season, due to COVID-19 concerns, Samford will play only Southern Conference matches, playing each team on back-to-back days (Sundays and Mondays) at the same site.
