Samford University Athletics

Chris Davis is in his first year as Marketing Manager for Olympic Sports for the Samford University Athletics Department. Davis will oversee the marketing and promotions for Olympic Sports while also overseeing the Red Sea student booster club. Davis came to Samford from NC State, where he is currently pursuing his online Master[apos]s Degree in Sport Management, set to conclude in May 2012. While working on his master[apos]s degree, he worked as a development intern for the NC State Wolfpack Club where he assisted with special events, annual giving, capital campaigns and memberships. Davis is a native of Fayetteville, N.C. and earned his bachelor[apos]s of science degree in sports management and minor in business from North Carolina Central University in 2010. He currently resides in Homewood, Alabama.
