Basketball Announces 2017 Summer Camp Dates

The Bulldogs will hold three fundamental camps, two middle school camps and a pair of high school team camps this summer

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- The Samford University athletic department officially announced the dates for its upcoming 2017 Scott Padgett Basketball Camps on Monday. The Bulldogs' annual camps will be held at the Pete Hanna Center located on Samford's campus. This summer, there will be three fundamental camps, two middle school camps and a pair of high school team camps.
 
The 2017 Scott Padgett Summer Camps will be led by the Bulldogs' coaches and players, as well as additional top collegiate coaches from across the nation.
 
Samford basketball camps provide players and teams with a competitive and educational experience. The staff's goal is to teach the game by building a solid foundation for players at all levels. Campers will be run through Division I drills designed to develop skills, vision and competency. All drills are specifically geared to prepare each camper for competition at the highest level.
 
Those attending the Scott Padgett Summer Camps will work with the Bulldogs' experienced coaching staff. Sessions will be a balance of instruction, skills and game experience. Athletes will learn the latest methods in training and technique. 
 
The Scott Padgett Basketball Camps are open to any and all applicants; limited only by age, grade level, and/or gender.

May 30 – June 2, Fundamental Camp I (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
June 5 – 8, Fundamental Camp II (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
June 9, High School Team Camp I (ALL DAY)
June 10, Middle School Team Camp I (ALL DAY)
June 19 – 22, Fundamental Camp III (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
June 23, High School Team Camp II (ALL DAY)
June 24, Middle School Team Camp II (ALL DAY)
