ROUNDS 1 & 2 RESULTS

MATTHEWS, La. -- It was a great day on the course Monday for the Samford men's golf team, as the Bulldogs sit in a tie for second at 585 (+9) after the first two rounds at the La Tour Intercollegiate, hosted by Nicholls State. 
 
The highlight of the first two rounds was Samford junior Harlan Winn, who currently holds a one shot lead at 140 (-4) individually for the tournament. Winn shot 70 (-2) in each of the first two rounds and found a lot of success on the back nine in both rounds. He shot 33 (-3) on the back nine at LaTour Golf Club including an eagle on the par five 13th in round one.
