BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Former Samford Men's Basketball student-athlete Logan Dye signed a professional contract on Wednesday with Lahti Basketball of Korisliiga, a professional men's basketball league in Finland.
Dye helped lead the Bulldogs to a 21-11 record this past season, highlighted by a mark of 15-3 in conference play to earn the program its first-ever Southern Conference Championship. A 2022-23 All-SoCon Coaches First Team selection, Dye averaged 13.3 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while shooting 50 percent from the floor during his senior campaign.
The Haleyville, Ala. native amassed 1,132 career points over 126 games during his Samford career, the 19th-most in program history.
Dye joins Richardson Maitre and Jacob Tryon as former Bulldogs to sign a professional basketball contract in the last calendar year.
