GREENSBORO, Ga. – The Samford men's golf team will compete in the Southern Conference Championship, Sunday through Tuesday at Reynolds Lake Oconee (Par 72, 7,393 yards).
Samford's playing five for the tournament will be
Matthew Smith,
Garrison Guthrie,
Gavin Isbell,
Damin Strydom and
Tiaan Hugo.
Nolen Wolfe will serve as a substitute for the event.
Guthrie has led Samford so far this season with a stroke average of 73.10. Smith follows Guthrie with a 73.72 average. Isbell has a stroke average of 73.96. Strydom has a 74.89 average, while Hugo averages a 75.67.
