Biography

2020:  Saw action in seven games in a COVID-shortened season…posted a 3.86 earned run average in 9.1 innings of work…finished the season with a record of 1-0…struck out 13 batters, while allowing just two walks…pitched a season-high 2.0 scoreless innings of relief against Austin Peay.
 
2019 (Junior):  Appeared in 26 games on the mound…finished the season with a 4-0 record and a 2.04 earned run average in 39.2 innings of work…struck out 45 batters, while allowing just 11 walks…pitched 3.1 scoreless innings of relief, recording a career-high five strikeouts against Georgia State…also had four strikeouts against top-ranked Vanderbilt, and again against VMI.
 
2018 (Sophomore):  Appeared in 11 games, all in relief…posted a 4.63 earned run average…recorded 10 strikeouts on the season…had a season-high three strikeouts against Auburn…tossed a season-high 2.0 innings against Georgia State.
 
2017 (Freshman):  Earned five appearances on the season, all in relief . . . tallied a 4.50 earned run average with three strikeouts . . . registered a key strikeout against Auburn on April 11, while accumulating a season-high 20 pitches . . . finished the year with 4.0 innings pitched and notched a pair of strikeouts on the road against Alabama A&M on April 25 . . . earned his first varsity letter.
 
High School: Prepped at Briarwood Christian School in the Birmingham area…starred on the mound for the Lions.
