2016 (Freshman): Started eight games for the Bulldogs and earned playing time in 19 contests . . . hit a game-winning, walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to defeat Alabama, 3-2, on April 26, in front of a season-high 1,917 fans at Joe Lee Griffin Field . . . finished the season with two home runs, nine RBI and four runs scored . . . tallied a pair of doubles and concluded the year with five bases on balls . . . named to the 2016 Southern Conference Spring Academic All-Conference Team . . . received a 2015-16 SoCon Commissioner’s Medal for tallying an impressive 3.88 grade-point average in exercise science . . . earned his first varsity letter.
