2015-16 (Previous College): Played two years at Miami Dade College and compiled a .356 batting average as a sophomore . . . added 23 RBI, 21 runs scored and eight stolen bases . . . earned First-Team All-Southern Conference honors for his performance last year.
High School: Starred at American Senior High School in Miami, Fla.
Personal: His father, Kevin Williams, played wide receiver for eight years in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers.
